With six wrought iron arms with a triple scrolled leaf motif leading to a hammered ring holding six amber pate de verre tulip shades by Daum each divided by a bunch of grapes and vine leaves.
Stamped "E. BRANDT" to the iron work and each shade signed 'Daum Nancy' with the Croix de Lorraine.

Brandt established his Paris workshop in 1901. Commissions flooded in, including the door of the French Embassy in Brussels and the Louvre's Escalier Mollien.
He was known for combining motifs from ancient Egypt and classical Greek sources, his designs becoming synonymous with the most lavish and exquisite work of the time. His workshop produced such things as lighting, grilles, firescreens, consoles, doors, tables, andirons and vessels, as well as architecture and stylish entrances for fashionable Parisian buildings, with prestigious clients around the world.
