A small Meiji period lacquered Shodana

Comprising a cabinet with an assortment of drawers and cupboards decorated with gilt geometric motifs on a black lacquer ground, and inlaid with imari porcelain tiles in various shapes. The back and sides with square blue and white porcelain tiles inlaid into the black lacquer. All on a plinth base with gilt brass incised mounts and supported on the original stand with conforming decoration.
